Lincoln 3240-1V 78" Electric Impinger Conveyor Oven - 240v/3ph

For simplified operation, cleaning, and maintenance, the Lincoln 3240-1V Impinger™ conveyor oven is positioned on a high stand with casters and includes a half-pass window and take-off shelf. The front panel is removable so operators can access the unit's detachable finger assemblies, and the conveyor belt can be extracted from the right-side opening. This 77⁷³/₁₀₀-inch-wide by 60⁴/₅-inch-deep by 46⁴/₅-inch-high single-deck oven can be stacked with two other Impinger ovens to maximize output without occupying more floor space.

Heated with advanced air impingement and FastBake™ technology, the Lincoln 3240-1V conveyorized oven cooks food quickly without sacrificing product quality. The impingement technology's pressurized air jets heat from above and beneath the conveyor belt to eradicate the cold halo that surrounds food during cooking; meanwhile the FastBake mechanism's high heat minimizes cook time, preserves food quality, and maintains quiet operation. As menus change, operators can adjust temperatures and set cook times between 1 and 30 minutes using the digital control panel. These settings automatically lock to prevent inadvertent adjustment. Staff can monitor baking progress with the fluorescent display, which shows the unit's temperature, cook time, and diagnostic messages.
