Lincoln 3240-2N 78" Gas Impinger Double Conveyor Oven - Natural Gas

This Lincoln 3240-2N Impinger™ double-deck conveyorized oven package includes two conveyor ovens with front-loading glass access doors, two take-off shelves, and a high stand with casters. Both ovens are built with a 40-inch-wide conveyor belt to accommodate a wide product range, from bread roll starters to fresh-baked desserts. To withstand daily use in high-traffic restaurants, this 77⁷³/₁₀₀-inch-wide by 60³/₂₀-inch-deep by 64⁵⁷/₁₀₀-inch-high unit's interior and exterior are constructed of corrosion-, rust-, and wear-resistant stainless steel. For simple cleaning, the unit's interior and detachable finger assemblies are accessible through the front panels, and the conveyor belts are removable from the right-side openings.

To ensure foods bake quickly and evenly, the Lincoln 3240-2N conveyor oven heats with advanced air impingement and FastBake™ technologies. These mechanisms use heated air to penetrate cold halos, reduce bake times, and preserve quality. Front-facing digital controls let operators set cook time between 1 and 30 minutes, while the fluorescent display shows temperature, bake time, and diagnostic messages. So settings aren't accidentally adjusted during operation, these controls automatically lock.
