The Manitowoc Ice IDT0300A full-cube ice machine head has a DuraTech™ exterior that prevents unsightly smudges and resists corrosion. Its foodzone has removable components to facilitate cleaning and is coated with AlphaSan™ antimicrobial to slow the growth of bacteria. To streamline installation and reduce the risk of cross contamination, the air-cooled condenser is self-contained and cools with R410a refrigerant.

Producing dice-sized cubes of ice, the Manitowoc Ice IDT0300A ice machine head can make as much as 305 pounds of ice daily. When operating temperatures are high, it makes closer to 230 pounds per day. For consistent harvesting, this unit uses active sense technology, and ice is pushed into a bin or dispenser with an acoustic sensing probe. Employees can adjust the settings of this ice maker on the easyTouch™ display screen, which is icon based for simple use.
