Metro C515-HFC-L 1/2 Height Non-Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (17) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C515-HFC-L C5? 1 Series half-height heated cabinet has a forced-air heating system that quickly recovers temperatures and initially heats up. Product can be seen through the clear polycarbonate door, which has an extruded aluminum frame for durability. Gaskets around the door prevent heat from leaking, and the rest of the cabinet is also constructed of aluminum for strength. Lip-load slides in the cabinet are 1¹/₂ inches apart to accept (17) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. A drip trough with catch pan collects excess moisture and debris to simplify cleaning the cabinet.

This Metro C515-HFC-L non-insulated heated cabinet only has a heating module to keep product at safe holding temperatures, which range from 80 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. For safety, the panel has a master on/off switch. The control module is removable for maintenance without tools, and it has recessed control knobs to protect them from damage. Power indicator lights let the operator know what stage the unit is in.
