The Metro C515-PFC-U half-height uninsulated mobile proofing cabinet contains universal slides made of ¹/₄-inch-diameter nickel-chrome electroplated wire that can be adjusted by the user in 1¹/₂-inch increments to accommodate various pan depths. Its bottom-mounted control module's removable design makes it possible for users to repair, modify, or upgrade the cabinet in the future with minimal cost required. Designed with recessed dials, the proofing module resists accidental changes to settings or damage to controls if a user bumps the panel while passing it.

Equipped with a forced-air thermostatic system, the Metro C515-PFC-U half-height non-insulated mobile cabinet provides more precise temperature setting control with less variance than a traditional thermometer setup. Made of aluminum with a brushed finish, the cabinet resists corrosion and streamlines comfortable movement even when laden with pans full of dough. Its neoprene casters function smoothly with ball-bearing swivels and axles, minimizing resistance to movement. The clear polycarbonate door rests in a powder-coated aluminum frame, reinforcing the door's shape to resist sagging and warping.
