Metro C517-CFC-U 3/4 Height Non-Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (14) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C517-CFC-U C5? 1 Series non-insulated heated cabinet is designed to heat up and keep product at ideal serving temperatures with its forced-air heating system. Product is visible through the polycarbonate door, which has an extruded aluminum frame that provides support while gaskets prevent hot air from leaking. This cabinet accepts (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans on universal slides. To accommodate various products, these slides are adjustable in 1¹/₂-inch increments.

Mobility is provided by four nickel-chrome swivel casters; they have donut neoprene wheels that easily roll over different surfaces. To prevent pans from falling out during transportation, the door comes with a magnetic pull latch that keeps it closed. The Metro C517-CFC-U three-quarter-height heated cabinet keeps product at temperatures that are adjustable through the control panel with analog knobs, which are recessed to resist damage.
