Thermostatically controlled, forced convection moves throughout the cabinet for uniform warming, and the cabinet is made with Insulation Armour? technology for temperature retention. The bottom-mounted user controls include a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights, and this module can be removed for cleaning and upgrades.

The Metro C533-HLFS-L-GY heated holding cabinet's interior is made of durable aluminum and lined with lip-load slides secured on 1¹/₂-inch centers. Suitable for high-volume applications, it holds (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. A solid aluminum, insulated door is on the unit's front to trap heat inside the cabinet. Its 180-degree, swing-out design grants users full access to products for loading and retrieval. To provide a long service life, the polymer exterior resists dents, stains, and impacts, and it measures 27⁵/₈ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 32 inches high for undercounter installation. It features a gray material that blends in with common kitchen appliances for a cohesive look.
