The Metro C535-HFC-U heated holding cabinet features a digital thermometer that's convenient to read. This equipment's control dials are recessed; operators can turn it on and off via the master switch. Power indicator lights signal the cabinet's status. To facilitate cleaning and upgrading, all the controls are removable without tools, and the module provides fast heat-up and recovery times through the thermostatically controlled convection system.
