Metro C535-HLFC-U 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C535-HLFC-U C5? 3 half-height, heated cabinet can accommodate eight 18-inch-by-26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch-by-20-inch pans. Pans sit on universal wire slides with 3-inch centers and are adjustable in 1¹/₂-inch increments to accommodate different products. Manufactured of high-density polyethylene, the unit is strong and stays cool to the touch.

Moving the unit is simple with its 5-inch swivel casters, two of which have brakes that lock the unit in place. The temperature in the Metro C535-HLFC-U mobile heated cabinet ranges from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can check the temperature on the dial thermostat, and the control dials are recessed to protect them from damage. The control panel has a master/off switch with an indicator light that shows the unit is operational.
