To preserve heat and conserve energy, the Metro C537-CFS-U mobile heated cabinet is insulated with durable Insulation Armour? that also keeps the exterior cool to the touch and able to resist dents or scratches. The unit's interior and insulated solid door are constructed of aluminum to ease cleaning and defend against corrosion.
The temperature of the Metro C537-CFS-U insulated heated cabinet can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a bottom-mounted control module and digital thermometer. To enable transport, it features molded-in handholds and 5-inch casters. This unit can accommodate (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans, or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch pans.
