The Metro C537-HFC-4 heated holding cabinet is ideal for holding food at ready-to-serve temperatures. With the slide capacity to hold (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂ inch pans, you can hold a great amount of food. The fixed wire slides are on 3-inch spacing and are made from nickel chrome wire. The ³/₄-height cabinet comes with a full-length polycarbonate clear door so users can see into the cabinet to check on your food without losing heat. Santoprene gaskets are mounted on the door to help keep heat inside the cabinet.

Insulation Armour? retains heat inside the cabinet while keeping the exterior cool to the touch. This insulation is made from durable polymer to prevent staining and denting. Vertical handles are created by the mold-in hand holds in the insulation to make moving the cabinet easier. The module control panel easily removes from the cabinet to ease cleaning, and the operating temperature range on the Metro C537-HFC-4 heat holding cabinet is from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
