The Metro C537-HFC-L-BU C5? 3 Series heated holding cabinet is built with Insulation Armour? to preserve heat and keep the unit's exterior comfortably cool to the touch. It can accommodate (27) 18-inch by 26-inch pans on fixed lip-load slide rails, and it's mounted on casters to enable mobility. To ease transportation further, it features molded-in handholds.
Because of its clear polycarbonate door, the Metro C537-HFC-L-BU mobile, 3/4-height heated cabinet enables operators to view held product without releasing heat. Its interior is made of aluminum, a corrosion-resistant metal that's easy to clean. This unit's temperature can be set from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a removable, bottom-mounted control module.
