To ensure heat remains in the cabinet, the Metro C537-HFS-4 C5? 3 Series mobile heated cabinet features Insulation Armour? as well as a solid, insulated door. The unit's door and interior are constructed of aluminum to streamline cleaning and defend against corrosion. Durable to support heavy use, the exterior is made of dent-resistant red polymer.
Enabling operators to wheel it between locations as needed, the Metro C537-HFS-4 3/4-height heated holding cabinet is mounted on 5-inch casters; two of these have brakes to lock the unit in place when needed. It's fitted with molded-in handholds to provide a comfortable grip during transit. This unit can house (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans and has a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
