To defend against corrosion and streamline cleaning, the Metro C537-HFS-L C5? 3 Series heated holding cabinet features an aluminum interior. It can accommodate (27) 18-inch by 26-inch pans and holds product at temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust the temperature with a bottom-mounted control module, which can be removed for cleaning or service.
The Metro C537-HFS-L 3?4-height mobile heated cabinet is insulated with Insulation Armour? to preserve heat and reduce energy consumption. Its red polymer exterior resists denting and remains cool to the touch when the unit is heated. Because it's mounted on casters, operators can wheel it between locations as needed.
