Metro C539-CDS-L Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (34) Pan Capacity, 120v
To prevent heat from escaping the Metro C539-CDS-L mobile heated cabinet, it features insulated Dutch doors as well as Insulation Armour?. It can hold (35) 18-inch by 26-inch pans and keeps product at temperatures from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For mobility, it's mounted on 5-inch casters, two of which lock to hold the unit in place.
Operators can adjust the temperature of the Metro C539-CDS-L heated holding cabinet with a bottom-mounted module that can be removed for cleaning or maintenance. Its red polymer exterior can withstand rigorous use without denting or breaking, and it's made with comfortable molded-in handholds. To reduce the risk of injury, the exterior also remains cool to the touch when the unit is heated.
