The Metro C539-HDC-U C5? 3 Series Insulation Armour? heated holding cabinet retains heat using insulation, which saves energy and does not transfer heat. To resist stains and dents, this unit is constructed of durable polymer, and molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for comfortable steering. This full-height heated holding cabinet is ideal for bakeries, delis, and specialty shops, and it can hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch hotel pans.

Operators can turn heated holding mode on by flipping a switch and use individual analog controls to set a temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The control panel can be removed for cleaning or updating the software. Using a forced-air system, this Metro C539-HDC-U heated holding cabinet warms up quickly while efficiently recovering hot air lost from opening the doors.
