Metro C539-HFC-L Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (35) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C539-HFC-L 3 series heated cabinet is made of aluminum and is insulted with Insulation Armour?, a high-density polyethylene. Its heavy-duty polymer construction resists stains, dents, and impacts, and its red exterior remains cool to the touch. With a thermostatically controlled forced-convection system, this unit can heat up and recover heat quickly. Its four 5-inch, nickel-plated casters provide mobility, while two brakes lock the unit in place. The clear, double-hinged doors have an extruded aluminum powder-coated frame with a polycarbonate window, are field reversible, and can open 180 degrees. High-temperature gaskets keep heat inside the unit.

The Metro C539-HFC-L heated cabinet can hold (35) 18-inch by 26-inch pans spaced 1¹/₂ inches apart. To support mobile applications, vertical handles create a secure grip on the Insulation Armour. The cabinet features a control module in the bottom that can be removed without tools. A digital thermometer and a power-on light monitor the cooking process. To prevent injuries, the recessed control dials do not stick out into the aisle. The control module has a water pan at the bottom of the cabinet to keep foods from drying out while cooking.
