The Metro C539-HLDC-U full-height mobile heated cabinet has see-through polycarbonate doors so employees can monitor food on its universal slides. These wire slides promote airflow and are adjustable by 1¹/₂-inch increments to accommodate a range of products. This unit holds (17) 18-inch by 26-inch or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch food pans and is mounted on 5-inch casters to provide mobility while serving food to customers.

To provide durability, the Metro C539-HLDC-U insulated heated cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. It has Red Insulation Armour? that retains hot air and keeps the outside cool, so users don't burn themselves. The thermostat is adjustable to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure accuracy, users can monitor the level on the digital thermostat. Its control panel is mounted at the bottom for removal during maintenance.
