Designed to transport hot or cold food, the Metro C545N-SU food carrier keeps hot food at serving temperature for 5 hours and retains cool temperatures for 3 hours. Insulation Armour? Plus uses foamed-in-place polyurethane polymer panels to ensure consistent internal temperatures. This half-height cabinet accommodates eight 18-inch by 26-inch food pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans.

The Metro C545N-SU insulated food carrier is equipped with 5-inch casters for mobility through a catering hall, banquet room, or cafeterias. The cabinet is constructed of durable stainless steel that resists corrosion. The insulated door is built with a magnetic latch with lever-action release for loading and unloading. Overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 37³/₄ inches high.
