Metro C565-SFC-U 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

Constructed of stainless steel, the Metro C565-SFC-U insulated mobile heated cabinet is resilient and resistant to corrosion and rust. Its double-pane tempered glass door remains cool to the touch to reduce the risk of injury, and it provides an interior view for product identification. The top-mounted control panel features an analog thermometer that provides a temperature readout as well as a dial that enables adjustments from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Metro C565-SFC-U half-height heated cabinet accommodates (8) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. The slides can be adjusted in 1¹/₂-inch intervals and are constructed of wire to promote uniform air circulation. Insulated with high-density fiberglass, the cabinet retains warm air to prevent unwanted temperature loss. Casters are positioned at the bottom of the unit to streamline mobility.
