To monitor the temperature of the Metro C565-SFS-U insulated mobile heated cabinet, it includes an analog thermometer that always remains on. The control panel is mounted at the top to facilitate access, and it includes a dial that can adjust the temperature between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its ducted heating system rapidly warms the cabinet and quickly recovers from temperature drops. With high-density fiberglass, warm air remains inside to keep food at serving levels.

The Metro C565-SFS-U half-height heated cabinet improves the quality of stored food by providing humidity with its integral water pan system. The unit is made of strong stainless steel and is positioned on 5-inch casters to offer mobility from the kitchen to the dining room. Its wire slides are adjustable in 1¹/₂-inch intervals and can hold (8) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans.
