The door features double-pane tempered glass that lets users check inventory swiftly without opening the door, preventing temperature fluctuations. This durable stainless steel unit resists corrosion to extend its service life. Its 29¹/₈-inch-wide by 32⁵/₈-inch-deep by 62³/₄-inch-high structure is furnished with two swivel and two braking casters, letting users control mobility and stability during operation.

The Metro C567-SFC-L heated holding cabinet uses thermostatically controlled, ducted heating and passive humidity to ensure various foods are held at the correct warming temperature and don't dry out prior to serving. Its thermostat can be adjusted between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit and its controls are top mounted to prevent accidental adjustment. To minimize energy use, this unit is made with 2¹/₂-inch-thick high-density fiberglass insulation. This cabinet includes lip-load slides secured with vertical uprights; these slides hold as many as (27) 18-inch by 26-inch pans.
