The temperature of the Metro C569-SDC-U mobile holding cabinet can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using top-mounted controls, and an always-on analog thermometer reads an accurate temperature. To optimize food quality as well as performance, it's designed with an integral water pan and an efficient ducted heating system.
