To support high-volume food warming tasks, the Metro C569-SDC-UPDC C5? 6 Series heated holding cabinet's universal wire slides hold (17) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. The unit's pass-thru configuration provides direct access to the front and rear of the unit, simplifying product loading and removal. Two double-pane tempered glass Dutch doors built into the front and back enable operators to retrieve product from the top or bottom section. To ease maneuvering, this full-height stainless steel cabinet is secured on 5-inch casters.

The ducted heating system circulates warm air through the Metro C569-SDC-UPDC holding cabinet evenly to eliminate cold spots. With its temperature holding range between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can support a wide range of holding requirements. This unit also features an integral water pan, which introduces passive humidity into the cabinet environment to prevent foods from becoming dry. To ensure product is stored at the correct temperature, the top-mounted analog thermometer provides a constant temperature reading.
