Universal wire slides built into the Metro C569-SFC-U C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet's interior accommodate (18) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans. Secured on stainless steel uprights, these slides can be raised or lowered in 1¹/₂-inch increments. The double-pane tempered glass door provides direct access to the pans and a clear view into the cabinet. To withstand high-volume use plus resist rust and corrosion, the cabinet's interior is made of 22-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior has a polished, 20-gauge stainless steel construction. Overall, this unit measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high and is fitted on 5-inch casters.

Operators can regulate the Metro C569-SFC-U holding cabinet's temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the top-mounted temperature control knobs.
