For high-volume food warming applications, the Metro C569-SFS-UPFS C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet's universal wire slides accommodate (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans or (18) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The slides are secured on stainless steel uprights and can be adjusted in 1¹/₂-inch increments. To ensure product is held at the correct temperature, operators can regulate temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the top-mounted controls and manage temperatures with the always-on analog thermometer. Its ducted heating system circulates warm air evenly, eliminating cold spots, and an integral water pan system introduces passive humidity, which can improve food quality.

The Metro C569-SFS-UPFS holding cabinet's pass-thru configuration grants operators access to the front and back of the unit to simplify pan insertion and removal. Solid, insulated stainless steel doors are built onto each side to help reduce temperature fluctuations after the doors are opened for a short period of time. The interior and exterior have a corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel construction that ensures durability. Overall, this full-height unit is furnished with 5-inch casters that improve maneuvering.
