This Metro C569L-SFC-L C5? 6 Series heated holding cabinet's tempered glass door grants users a clear view of the cabinet's interior to streamline inventory checks and prevent temperature fluctuations. This unit has a reach-in, full-size configuration measuring 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high and has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior cabinet. Inside the cabinet, lip-load slides accommodate (35) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The unit is mounted on four 5-inch casters to ease maneuvering.

To ensure uniform heating, the Metro C569L-SFC-L holding cabinet uses a ducted heated system that heats and recovers the cabinet quickly. Operators can manage temperatures with the analog thermometer, which displays a readout, even when the unit is turned off or unplugged. Temperature controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet to prevent accidental adjustment, and operators can adjust temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a variety of loads and products. Because foods can dry out in high temperatures, this unit works with an integral water pan system that introduces humidity into the cabinet, improving food quality. To ensure products remain warm until serving, high-density fiberglass lines the interior cabinet's perimeter.
