This Metro C569L-SFC-U C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features a full-height, reach-in configuration. Inside the cabinet, its universal wire slides hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans, while the slides can be raised or lowered in 1¹/₂-inch increments to accommodate various product loads. To prevent temperature fluctuations, the full-length, double-pane, tempered glass door is transparent for interior visibility. Because this cabinet is furnished with 5-inch casters, it can be moved and stored in different locations, and overall, it measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high.

The Metro C569L-SFC-U heated cabinet's temperatures are adjustable between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators have direct access to the top-mounted dial temperature controls, and the analog thermometer provides a constant temperature readout, even if the unit is off or unplugged. A ducted heating system circulates warm temperatures evenly throughout the cabinet, heating and recovering them quickly to accommodate back-to-back use. Because the cabinet is insulated with 2¹/₂-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass, temperatures won't fluctuate when the door is opened for a short period of time. This unit also features an integrated water pan system that adds humidity to help retain food texture.
