To keep prepared foods warm prior to serving, this Metro C569L-SFS-L C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet generates and maintains temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while a ducted heating system circulates warmth evenly through the cabinet. High-density insulation lines the cabinet's interior to preserve temperatures, and operators can also use the integral water pan system to introduce humidity into the cabinet, which can improve food texture and quality. The temperature controls are located at the top of the unit to prevent accidental adjustment, and an analog thermometer displays a temperature readout, even if the unit is turned off or unplugged.

The full-height, mobile Metro C569L-SFS-L heated holding cabinet measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high and is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A solid, full-length stainless steel door is built into the front of the unit, which is insulated to minimize temperature fluctuations when it's opened for short periods of time. Lip-load slides are built into the cabinet interior that accommodate (35) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. To ensure stabilization, the slides are secured on stainless steel uprights.
