Metro C569L-SFS-U Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (18) Pan Capacity, 120v

To withstand high-volume use, this Metro C569L-SFS-U C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This full-height unit is 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high and has a reach-in configuration. A solid door is built into the cabinet, which is fully insulated to help retain temperatures after it's been opened for short periods of time. Inside the cabinet, universal wire slides accommodate (18) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans, and the slides can be raised or lowered by 1.50 inches to accommodate various load amounts.

The Metro C569L-SFS-U holding cabinet uses ducted heating to produce temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This system heats and recovers cabinet temperatures quickly to accommodate back-to-back applications, and its high-density fiberglass insulation helps preserve temperatures. Because the temperature controls are mounted on the top of the unit, there is a reduced risk of accidental adjustments. The analog thermometer provides a constant temperature readout—even if the unit is off or unplugged—to ensure products are held at the correct temperature. To prevent foods from drying out or losing their original texture, operators can implement the integral water pan system, which adds humidity to the cabinet.
