Metro C569L-SFS-UPFS Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (18) Pan Capacity, 120v

To provide rapid heat-up and recovery times, the Metro C569L-SFS-UPFS mobile heated cabinet operates with a thermostatically controlled, ducted heating system. Its adjustable universal slides are wire to promote uniform heating, and they can accommodate (18) 18-inch by 26-inch or (36) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. To enable pass-thru use, this unit has solid doors positioned on each side of the cabinet.

The Metro C569L-SFS-UPFS full-height heated cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass to reduce energy and heat loss. The temperature can be adjusted between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using top-mounted controls, while an analog thermometer has readouts for monitoring, even when the unit is inactive. Constructed of stainless steel, this cabinet is durable enough to handle heavy use, and the unit is positioned on 5-inch casters.
