The Metro C585-SFC-U controlled temperature holding cabinet offers a temperature range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, which is controlled by the temperature dial on the top-mounted control panel. This panel also includes a low-temperature alarm and memory recall function, which ensure the unit remembers previously selected settings and loudly notifies staff of low temperatures. With four casters affixed to the bottom, this cabinet is mobile and can be moved between stations as needed.

The stainless steel construction of this Metro C585-SFC-U heated holding cabinet is durable and withstands heavy use. Ducted heating directs airflow down the sides of the cabinet so that it can rise naturally from the bottom where it runs over the water pan and creates humidity. This prevents hot air from being blown directly onto food and drying it out. Thick, full-perimeter fiberglass insulation retains heat to maintain even temperatures. This reach-in model is ideal for occupying a space against a wall.
