Metro C585-SFC-UPFC 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C585-SFC-UPFC controlled temperature holding cabinet employs universal wire slides that maximize its storage capabilities as the slides can be adjusted by 1¹/₂-inch increments. The wire slides also promote airflow via the ducted heating system, which forces hot air to the sides of the cabinet rather than being blown directly over food. A water pan in the bottom of the cabinet provides passive humidity and preserves food quality. This cabinet features a pass-thru design with two double-pane tempered glass doors that provide staff with a direct line of sight into the cabinet without having to open it.

Digital thermostatic controls on the Metro C585-SFC-UPFC heated holding cabinet permits the selection of a temperature between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The control panel includes memory recall that makes the most recent temperature selection readily available. A low-temperature alarm rings if the cabinet has maintained low temperatures for more than 5 consecutive minutes. Because the panel is mounted on the top of the unit, it provides improved access to the controls and prevents them from being kicked in a busy kitchen.
