The Metro C589-SDS-UPDC full-height mobile heated cabinet is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which endures high-volume use. A memory feature recalls the unit's settings with the push of a button, and a low-temp alarm informs users of unexpected temperature changes. Adjustable via top-mounted digital controls, the temperature can be set within the range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

To enable pass-thru use, the Metro C589-SDS-UPDC insulated heated cabinet is built with doors on either side to facilitate product retrieval. Made of tempered glass, one of the Dutch doors promotes interior visibility while closed, while the other Dutch door is solid to reduce the risk of heat escaping. The universal wire slides can accommodate (17) 18-inch by 26-inch or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans, and they are spaced every 1¹/₂ inches to hold a range of product.
