With intuitive touchscreen controls, users can adjust the temperature between 90 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while a password-protected control lock prohibits unauthorized temperature modifications. Overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 36³/₈ inches deep by 62³/₄ inches high.

To protect doorframes and nearby equipment during transit as well as simplify cleaning, the Metro C597-SFS-L mobile holding cabinet features a non-marking polymer bumper that functions as a drip trough.
