Metro C5T5-ASF 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (18) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T5-ASF heated mobile cabinet features fixed lip-load slides and accommodates as many as nine GN 2/1 or (18) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. It's made of durable stainless steel that won't rust or corrode and is fully insulated with thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that extends the unit's holding time. To streamline service, this cabinet is mounted on 6-inch casters that enable it to glide smoothly through kitchens and banquet halls.

Analog controls on the Metro C5T5-ASF heated mobile cabinet are recessed to ensure they aren't damaged, and employees can readily view the current interior temperature with the attached thermometer. This cabinet is further protected by the molded polymer handles and Armour panels that act as bumpers and prevent damage from door handles, panic bars, and other facility hazards.
