The Metro C5T5-DSB mobile heated cabinet includes a digital control panel with several features that ensure reliable food quality preservation. Current temperature and other settings are readily displayed on the digital readout where employees can conveniently adjust them using the selection buttons. A temperature alarm notifies staff if the cabinet has been above or below the temperature selection for more than five minutes. This digital model also includes a battery indicator for the fan inside the cabinet that runs while the unit is unplugged to keep air circulating and prevent cold spots.

The durable stainless steel construction of the Metro C5T5-DSB heated holding cabinet won't rust or corrode and is insulated using CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane. Its polymer transport handles and Armour panels act as bumpers and shields that prevent impact damages to maintain a clean appearance. A three-function information panel provides a space for cabinet ID, whiteboard, and clipboard to hold important information.
