Metro C5T9D-DSF Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (32) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T9D-DSF C5? T Transport Armour? Series full-height heated cabinet has two sections that are independently controlled with a digital system. Temperatures reach a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit with high and low alarms that alert the operator if heat is out of the ideal range. When the unit is unplugged during transport, a battery-powered system gently circulates heat with a fan to maintain temperatures for 3 hours. As many as (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans fit inside this unit.

Durable enough to support high-volume applications, the Metro C5T9D-DSF full-height insulated cabinet is made with a Transport Armour design. Its stainless steel structure is foamed in place to provide strength and retain heat. Polymer handles in the sides help guide the unit as it's being transported, and they double as bumpers since their reinforced design can withstand heavy use. Integrated panels prevent door knobs and handles from damaging the cabinet's exterior as it's moved.
