Ideal for restaurants that fulfill frequent to-go orders, the Metro GG2CD-HS1842 Metro2Go holding station is a pass-thru model with two shelves. Because the shelves are made of stainless steel, they're durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to clean. Fulfilled orders can be placed on the shelves and kept warm until guests or delivery drivers retrieve it. This unit's front is equipped with sliding polycarbonate doors while its back is open for employees to set food inside quickly.
Designed for placement on a countertop, the Metro GG2CD-HS1842 Grab & Go hot station measures 427/10 inches wide by 209/10 inches deep by 369/10 inches high. The temperature of each shelf is controlled independently and can be set to a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. When operators need to power down the unit at the end of the day, they can flip the on/off switch.
