Fixed wire slides with 2³/₄-inch spacing securely accommodate pans, and the cabinet is mobile on 5-inch casters with a full perimeter bumper and a swing-up rear handle for safe transport. This full-height cabinet features a stacked, dual-cavity design, holding up to 16 full-size or half-size steam pans, or half-size sheet pans. Each cavity operates with an 875-watt heating element, and the cabinet includes two NEMA 5-15P cords for 120 V/60 Hz/1-ph power.
