With a temperature range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, this cabinet accommodates full- or half-size steam pans and half-size sheet pans.
With its 22/5-inch touchscreen control, the Metro HBCN8-DC-UC holding cabinet enables precise temperature and humidity adjustments to maintain food quality. Constructed of durable aluminum, the unit combines lightweight mobility with long-lasting performance. For convenience, the cabinet is fitted with 2-inch casters.
