The Metro HS1436-EKIT Super Erecta? hot enclosed heated shelf kit includes a 35¹⁵/₁₆-inch-wide by 14⁵/₈-inch-deep shelf that accommodates pizza boxes, to-go orders, and food pans, and this kit also includes an adjustable thermostatic control that can reach temperatures as hot as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its low-watt heating elements are attached to an aluminum diffuser that warms the shelf's surface with hot air and disperses heat evenly, and to turn the unit on and off quickly, its control panel is built onto the operator side. Silverware, napkins, condiments, and packaged foods can be stored on the nonheated stainless steel top shelf.

To keep to-go orders warm until they?re picked up, increase safety, and merchandise product effectively, the Metro HS1436-EKIT enclosed heating shelf kit's polycarbonate sliding front doors and rear hinged doors encase its heated shelf. The two customer-facing sliding doors open and close smoothly so users can retrieve their purchase with ease, while the two operator-side hinged doors let employees load products without interrupting customers. To inhibit bacterial growth between regular cleanings, the door handles are treated with Microban antimicrobial protection.
