Metro HS1830 30"W Countertop Warming Shelf - Stainless Steel, 120v

With its rectangular 29¹⁵?₁₆-inch-wide by 18⁵?₈-inch-deep structure, the Metro HS1830 Super Erecta? hot heated shelf accommodates standard food pans and to-go orders, which suits this unit to a range of applications. To keep contents warm, its thermostatically controlled foil heating elements are adhered to an aluminum diffuser that guides hot air toward the shelf's surface for even heat distribution. As warming requirements evolve with changing menus and orders, the thermostatic control can be adjusted to temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Great for any operation, the Metro HS1830 heated shelf can be installed into an existing multi-shelf unit with the included split sleeves, or it can be displayed as a standalone countertop unit with the included polymer feet. Its rust- and corrosion-resistant type 304 stainless steel construction is exceptionally durable to withstand high-volume usage, while its smooth surface can be quickly wiped clean between uses.
