Metro HS1860 60"W Countertop Warming Shelf - Stainless Steel, 120v

To-go boxes, pizza boxes, and food pans can be warmed on this rectangular Metro HS1860 Super Erecta? hot heated shelf measuring 59¹⁵?₁₆ inches wide by 18⁵?₈ inches deep. To fit existing multi-level shelving units, it includes four split sleeves that can be attached to Super Erecta SiteSelect? posts, which are sold separately. It also comes with four polymer feet that enable standalone countertop use. Its rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction retains its appearance throughout front- or back-of-house use, and because it's smooth, it's can simply be wiped clean.

Ideal for changing warming needs, the Metro HS1860 shelf's temperature can be modified as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Once operators set temperatures on the corresponding thermostat, the low-wattage foil elements direct heat toward the shelf's surface, and because the shelf's interior is made of conductive aluminum, heat transfers uniformly for consistent results. For accessibility, its control panel includes a simple power switch.
