This 29¹⁵?₁₆-inch-wide by 24⁵?₈-inch-deep shelf's rectangular design accommodates standard-size food pans, pizza boxes, and to-go orders. Its stainless steel surface resists rust and corrosion and is smooth for simple cleaning, while its aluminum core is highly conductive.

This Metro HS2430 heated shelf is warmed with low-wattage heating elements mounted to an aluminum diffuser. Together, these components guide heat toward the shelf's surface for even heat distribution. Operators can adjust temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit on the correlating thermostatic control as warming requirements change, and for accessibility, the power switch is located on the thermostatic control panel.
