The Metro MAX4-1848F MetroMax? 4 Series solid polymer shelf keeps products stable, prevents dripping, and features a practical design. This shelf provides a smooth, flat surface to store a maximum of 800 pounds of products and food, and its sturdy design also simplifies by-hand or commercial dishwasher cleaning as its surface area is entirely exposed. Designed to be instantly attached to the MetroMax platform, the shelf comes with four wedge connectors that fasten into the platform's pole. Safe for damp environments or exposure to cleaning chemicals, its polymer construction fends off corrosion. The shelf withstands a maximum of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and a minimum of -20 degrees Fahrenheit, though during cleaning, 212 degrees Fahrenheit is the maximum temperature the shelf can handle.

Removable, 6-inch mats are included with the Metro MAX4-1848F shelf. Toting a blue design, the mats assist in solidifying the shelf's surface and collecting leaks from common spills. The mats' edges include a ³/₁₆-inch rim to ensure products stay in place when the platform is transported. Easing removal, the machine-washable mats have a simple design. The shelves, mats, and the platform have built-in Microban? antimicrobial protection that prevents different types of bacteria from growing between washes.
