Its bottom-mounted heat module works in tandem with the ball-bearing blower motor to circulate warm air throughout the cavity and around stored plates. Users can adjust temperatures with the dial thermostatic control, while its analog thermometer provides an accurate temperature readout. High-density fiberglass insulation built into the cabinet preserves generated heat after the unit is unplugged for transport or when it's stored in cool areas.

Because this Metro MBQ-144 mobile heated banquet cabinet is an economy model, it features one door that enables users to access stored plates directly. If operators' hands are full, the door's kick-latch mechanism opens the unit automatically. This rust- and corrosion-resistant unit measures 52⁵/₈ inches wide by 30⁵/₈ inches deep by 69¹/₂ inches high and is equipped with 6-inch heavy-duty polyurethane casters—two of which swivel and brake while the rear casters are rigid.
