Built to withstand rigorous use, the Metro ML300-BU Mightylite? food carrier is constructed of sturdy polypropylene with an integrated door seal and hinges. Made for front loading, it can be stacked with other carriers while still offering access to product. Its preserves product temperatures for as long as 5 hours and accommodates full-size, half-size, and third-size pans with depths measuring between 21/2 and 8 inches. To store tools and additional equipment, it comes with a wire caddy.
