The sleeves are attached to the posts, while the shelves have an open-corner configuration that slide over the sleeves, keeping it in place. Each shelf can hold 600 pounds individually, and the entire unit can support 2,000 pounds without risking structural stability.

Once setup, the Metro N476K3 shelf kit measures 71⁷/₈ inches wide by 21¹/₈ inches deep by 63 inches high and sits on integrated bolt levelers for stable placement on uneven floors. It's constructed of steel to fortify its structure and reduce dents or abrasions.
