The Metro PCD11 poker chip dish dolly has four columns that can each hold approximately 60 dishes, for a total capacity of 240 dishes. It's simple to load and unload dishes since there's two-handed access to each column. The polymer structure is corrosion resistant and durable, so it can withstand years of trips between the dishroom and serving area. The dolly is easy to move with its four handles and 5-inch casters. The handles are recessed to make it possible to fit the dolly into tight spaces and save space in work areas.

Drain holes built into the bottom of the dolly keep moisture from puddling around dishes on the bottom of each stack. The Microban? antimicrobial protection molded into the form inhibits the growth of mold and bacteria, helping ensure dishes stay clean. Rounded corners and smooth, seamless surfaces make cleanup quick and simple. A translucent vinyl cover is included with the Metro PCD11 poker chip dish dolly to keep dust and other contaminants off the clean dishes.
